Siltmate

The Siltmate offers a simple bolt-on flocculation unit, which essentially uses a chemical dose to turn dirty water clear. Flocculation is a process that causes the fine particles to clump together in a floc so that the sediment is captured and settles at the bottom of the SM50, ready for easy removal. There are many different types of coagulants and flocculants used for water treatment, including aluminum-based coagulants and polyamines (PolyDADMAC). Trenchmate will provide the most effective solution to ensure the discharge requirement is met. Additional options include pH treatment and monitoring, and optimal cloud telemetry. The Siltmate is designed to be easy to operate, easy to clean, and has a small site footprint. It is delivered to site ready to go, using our hiab trucks. The large sludge tank capacity means it won't fill up in one day, making it a practical solution for construction sites that need to manage sediment runoff effectively.
